200+ Conferences Monitored Each Year

At technology, finance, technical standards bodies, and marketing conferences, we produce event reports which clients often say are better than they get by going themselves. We attend more than 200 conferences and trade shows annually in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia.

Delphi Style Internal Peer Review

Internally we use the Delphi method of assessing our team's individual assessments of client needs. When we encounter an extraordinarily strong opinion - to either side - we hone in on why it deviates from the norm. These methods are often borrowed by our clients so that they can better appreciate the expertise of their own internal teams. In this way, client and counsel can concentrate on the diversity of opportunity and not be blinded by the glare of unanimity.

On-Site Briefings, Tutorials

We conduct management briefings and tutorials on a client's premises. We refer to this as Insight, On site; as we encourage at least 1/3 of the time be spent on casual Q&A; dialogues, where we often gleam that what the client needs most is not necessarily what Envisioneering initially gets called in for.

Situation Analyses Allow Us to Better Understand Clients' Needs

We prefer to start with new clients by performing a Situation Analysis. This is a single-topic project in which we meet and talk with senior client management, select customers and sometimes, rival management.
